Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Amptionary, operated by Adam Samakovlis (“Amptionary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, accounts, subscriptions, AI tone search, and related services.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve Amptionary; create and secure accounts; provide AI tone results; enforce plan limits; process and manage subscriptions; respond to support and refund requests; diagnose errors; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; understand product performance; comply with legal obligations; and communicate material service or policy updates.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, OpenAI for processing AI requests, Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and request logging, and analytics or communications providers we may use. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Search inputs sent for AI generation may be transmitted to our AI provider to produce a response.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect users or the Service, investigate fraud or security issues, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Cookies and local storage

Amptionary may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, enforce usage limits, improve functionality, and support security. Blocking these technologies may prevent portions of the Service from working correctly.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may retain limited records after account deletion when legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing adam@amptionary.com. You may also cancel a subscription and opt out of nonessential marketing communications. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. International users

Amptionary is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.

11. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to adam@amptionary.com.

These policies are provided for general business use and do not constitute legal advice. Amptionary may have them reviewed and updated by a qualified attorney as the business grows.
