Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Seven-day first-payment guarantee
If you are purchasing an Amptionary subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within seven calendar days after that payment is completed. The request must be sent from the email address associated with the Amptionary account to adam@amptionary.com and should include the account email, plan, charge date, and reason for the request.
2. Renewals and later payments
Subscription renewals, subsequent billing periods, previously refunded subscriptions, partial billing periods, and unused account time are normally nonrefundable. We may approve exceptions for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or significant technical failures attributable to Amptionary. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights required by applicable law.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time through an available billing-management tool or by emailing adam@amptionary.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved or the Service states otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe or your financial institution controls final processing time, so the credit may take several business days to appear after approval.
5. Account consequences
When a full refund is issued, paid-plan access may end immediately and the account may return to the free plan. Search allowances and other paid benefits may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Charge disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. This does not waive any rights you have through your card issuer or applicable law.
7. Contact
For cancellations, billing questions, or refund requests, email adam@amptionary.com.
